FAQ
1. What is CheapToday?
CheapToday is a website and deals newsletter dedicated to bringing you the best deals and discounts on the web. We’re obsessed with finding the best of the best, and we’d rather bring you a smaller collection of top quality deals than an avalanche of mediocre finds. Our deals are hand-picked by actual humans and presented daily, Monday through Friday.
CheapToday isn’t interested in the most expensive watches or the latest trends in designer fashions. We’re dedicated dollar-stretchers interested in getting a good bargain at a great price. Just like you, we like to spend money wisely and get the most from our purchases.
Part of being a smart shopper is using discounts, coupons and coupon codes, rebates and any other consumer tool available to cut the final price at checkout time. We look for deals that are a cut above the rest, on useful products everyone wants.
The CheapToday website is only part of the picture. We also offer the CheapToday Weekly Wow newsletter with the best active deals we could find over a seven day period. Just as with the CheapToday.com, these deals are carefully selected to bring you as the very best we could find.
2. How does Cheap Today work?
The CheapToday staff sifts through thousands of deals to find the cream of the crop. When we find just the right combination of value for the money and "wow!" factor, we write up the deals and publish them in the following categories: Apparel & Shoes Deals, Home & Garden Deals, Electronics Deals, Entertainment Deals, Health & Beauty Deals, Gift Deals and Kids & Baby Deals.
CheapToday does not use bots, web spiders or other software to collect hot deals. Again, we choose them all by hand for value and how useful they are to you. We scrutinize all deals carefully before posting to insure you aren’t lured to something that only LOOKS like a good deal. We don’t like being ripped off with unreasonable shipping fees, bait-and-switch schemes or other shady practices, and we definitely don’t pass them on to you.
3. How can I use Cheap Today to find deals?
Daily updates are a big part of what we do, hence the name CheapToday. Check with us regularly for the latest posts in our five categories, and be sure to sign up for our CheapToday Weekly Wow newsletter. We promise never to sell your e-mail address or personal information to third parties. If you prefer to get your deal information via RSS feed, you can subscribe to our Deals RSS Feed.
4. What does "hand picked deals" mean?
CheapToday staffers sort through all the deals available on a given day to find the hottest deals out there. We don’t post just any deal available"there are plenty of sites with thousands of bot-picked deals for you to try to plow through" we believe in quality instead of quantity. If it makes you say "wow", that’s what we consider a typical CheapToday deal.
