Best Buy had a great black friday deal on a 32 inch tv that they actually started selling for that price last week - therefore, I was able to get it and not wait in line all night. That is a great deal to me.

I think Walmart has black friday all wrapped up. I didn't go shopping but looking through the ads they seemed to offer the most at some sort of discount. You're so great for giving this giveaway! Thank you for your awesome deal finding!!

I'm surprised it wasn't necessarily a "woman" store, but Best Buy really had some great sales - and the best part was that they actually had "the product" still in the store available for purchase - not just one or two for the "best" price. Also, select stores in our Mall in Fresno did well to. Sephora had some great gifts at wonderful prices as did Cliche', and even Macy's. So, all in all, it was worth it to get up and go check things out.

I think this question is relative. It all depends what one needs. I didn’t need any electronics this year but some one else did. It is so hard to judge which store really lived to Black Friday’s expectations. In my opinion it was Target for what I wanted to get. But over all none of the stores did. The few items that I truly wanted were not targeted by any of the stores. Because let’s face it top items will keep their price because they are good products. People do not need to be enticed to purchase them, no price marketing needed.

I usually don't like K-mart, but since they merged with Sears, there has been some great deals. They started having black Friday deals this whole month of November and just last week, we got a white christmas tree for $79, originally for $159.00. I call that a great deal! FYI, I didn't go to any Black Friday sales at all and I am not going to regret it.

I've actually spent the entire day looking for a good fare to bring my daughter & son-in-law "home for the holidays." I'm a Spirit $9 fare club member, but so far nothing looks good. Since I didn't need anything, I went to Salvation Army Thrift Store on Black Friday. They had great deals and an almost circus like atmosphere, as each deal lasted only 15 or 30 minutes. When you can buy six gently used name brand handbags for a total of $2.37 (less than what even this store would normally charge for one), you have had a successful shopping day.
